One of the things I enjoy most about computer systems is the creation process.  I strive to be on the fore front of technology and create solutions to problems that other people don't even know exist.  In respect to the creative process there is nothing better then sitting down and redesigning a network.  Not little upgrades of how to make work better, but total replacements of how it really should be.  Then design and plan a swap-out solution that end-users don't even notice.
